CHERRYVALE — Judith Ann Shouse, 72, of Cherryvale died at 8:45 a.m. Sunday, June 3, 2012, in the emergency room at Labette Health.

She was born Jan. 8, 1940, at Iola to Charles F. and Mary F. (Marler) Gibson. She attended school in Humboldt.

She married Ferris Creighton. They later divorced. In August 1990 she married Bill Shouse in Miami, Okla. He survives of the home.

Other survivors include a son, Daniel Creighton of Springfield, Mo.; three daughters, Julie Berryhill of Springfield, Mo., Karen Creighton of Ozark, Mo., and Linda Byrd of Lee’s Summit, Mo.; three grandchildren; two brothers, Kenny Gibson of Cherryvale and Max Gibson of Garnder; and two sisters, Pat Bruenger of Olathe and Kathy Garver of Anchor Point, Alaska.

Her parents preceded her in death.

A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the First Presbyterian Church at Cherryvale. Friends may call at the Carson-Wall Funeral Home at their convenience.
