She was a former nurse and social worker.
Survivors include a son, Roger Noriega; three daughters, Rita Prahm and her husband, Michael, Emilie Palmer and Rosalie Jackson and her husband, Douglas; a sister, Lydia Ahumada; a brother-in-law, Sam Ramirez; a sister-in-law, Socorro Romero; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and an honorary daughter, Irene Flores, and other family members in Parsons.
She was preceded in death by her former husband and lifetime friend, Richard; and two sons, Carlos and James Noriega.
The memorial Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Wichita. Visitation with family present will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Broadway Mortuary, Wichita.
Memorials are suggested to La Familia Senior Center.
