BUCKINGHAM, Va. — Alfred Charles "Fred" Perutelli II, 53, of Buckingham, Va., died on Wednesday, April 25, 2012, from injuries sustained in an accident on a highway.
He was born on May 11, 1958, in Jacksonville, Fla., to Janette (Kramer) and Alfred Charles Perutelli, who formerly lived in the Galesburg area.
Mr. Perutelli was a carpenter.
He married Patricia Witt. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include two sons, Alfred Charles Perutelli III of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Jonathan Wade Perutelli of Madison Heights, Va.; a granddaughter; four brothers, James Michael Perutelli of Prospect, Va., William Joseph Perutelli of Powhatan, Va., and Stephen Edward Perutelli of Ruckersville, Va., and Robert Alan Perutelli of Amelia, Va.; four sisters, Sandra Anne Frazier, Dianna Perutelli Staton, both of Woodbridge, Va., Paula Jean Johnson of Manassas, Va., and Janice Irene Miller of Tampa, Fla.; two aunts, Nora Winslow of Parsons and Jeannie Cooper of Iola; and an uncle, William Kramer of West Linn, Ore.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Glory Baptist Church in Appomattox, Va. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday at the church.
The family suggests memorials to the Food Bank or Operation Christmas Child at Glory Baptist Church, Appomattox, Va.
