TOPEKA — Theresa Elizabeth “Audrey” Marlow, 94, of Topeka passed away on Wednesday, April 25, 2012.

She was born Nov. 9, 1917, in Topeka the daughter of John R. and Ora B. Rhule Snook. She was a lifelong Topeka resident.

Mrs. Marlow was a homemaker, enjoyed baking and had a passionate love for her flowers. 

She married Howard Marlow Sr. on Sept. 27, 1947, in Topeka. He preceded her in death on Oct. 8, 2004.

Survivors include her children, Janice (Charles) Cathcart of Prineville, Ore., Warren (Zandra) Marlow of Parsons and Howard (Karen) Marlow Jr. of Topeka; eight grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; many great-great-grandchildren; and her brother, Jack Snook of Topeka.

She was also preceded in death by two great-granddaughters, Mollie Jo Marlow, Kirstin Michelle Cathcart; her brother, Robert Snook; and her sister, Juanita Glidewell.

A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount Hope Cemetery in Topeka. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel.
