Isaiah Neel, infant son of William “Bill” Neel and Wendy (George) Russell of Chetopa, died at 8:02 a.m. Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at the Via Christi St. Joseph Campus in Wichita.

In addition to his parents, survivors include paternal grandparents, William Neel III of San Francisco, Calif., Sharen Neel of Bentonville, Ark.; maternal grandparents, Rebecca George of Oswego; two brothers, Nicholas Neel and Jesse Russell of Chetopa; and a sister, Jordan Kathleen Russell of Oswego.

He was preceded in death by a maternal grandpa, Ronald George.

A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Sherman Cemetery under the direction of Bath-Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Chetopa.
