MOUNT WOLF, Pa. — Linda Lou (Krebs) Aldinger, 74, died at 5:36 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012, at Colonial Manor in York, Pa.
She was born Dec. 4, 1937, in Mount Wolf and was the daughter of the late Paul and Annie (Brenner) Krebs.
Linda retired in 2002 from the Susquehanna V.F.W. Post 2493 in Mount Wolf in the food and beverage service area. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Susquehanna V.F.W. Post 2493 in Mount Wolf and Chapel Church in Red Lion.
She is survived by her three daughters, twins Karen Warner and her husband, Ed, and Sharon Miller, all of of Red Lion, Pa., and Stacey Baugher and her husband, Gregg, of Parsons; her son, William Aldinger and his wife, Tami, of Oswego: five grandchildren, Amy Warner, Abby Brenneman, Vicki Baugher, Emily Aldinger and Cody Aldinger; and her brother, Barry Krebs and his wife, Shirley, of Florida.
She was preceded in death by her sister and three brothers.
A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at The Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 S. Main St., Mount Wolf, Pa. The family will receive friends from 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday the funeral home. Burial will be private. Officiating at her service will be her pastor the Rev. Bob Vizthum from Chapel Church in Red Lion.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the building fund of Chapel Church, 3050 Cape Horn Road, Red Lion, Pa., 17356.
