Javonte Zephaniah Fields, son of Sandra Martinez and John Fields of Parsons was stillborn at 6:16 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, 2012, at Labette Health.

Other survivors include five brothers, Dontel Martinez, Johntae Fields and Deontae Fields, all of the home, and Damion Williams and Johnquavise Seals, both of Mississippi; two sisters, Trinity Fields of the home and Sequa Young of Mississippi; maternal grandparents, Simon and Sherry Martinez of Parsons; paternal grandmother, Bernise Taylor of Moorhead, Miss.; two aunts, Sara Myers and her husband, Kevin, and Staci Martinez, all of Parsons; an uncle, Simon Martinez of Parsons; and numerous cousins in the Parsons and Mississippi areas.

The service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
