Joyce K. Peterson, 68, of Parsons died at her home at 3:55 a.m. Friday, Jan. 27, 2012. She had been in failing health for the past few months.

The service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. Burial will follow at Memorial Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

The funeral home will announce further obituary details later.
