Richard Edward Uphaus, 65, of Parsons died at 7:20 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2012, at Prairie Mission Retirement Village in St. Paul. He was preceded in death by his parents, August and Rose Elizabeth (Ronnebaum) Uphaus.
