Steven Judson Rowland, 52, of Parsons died at 12:55 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 11, 2011, at his home. His wife, Tracy, survives.
The service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Carson-Wall Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
