ERIE — Douglas W. “Doug” Kelsey, 61, of Erie died at 7:58 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2011, at Labette Health. He was in his usual health, and death was not expected.
Pierce-Carson-Wall Funeral Home, Erie, will announce further obituary details and funeral arrangements later.
