JOPLIN — Danny L. Thornton, 58, of Joplin, formerly of Parsons, died Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2011, at his home. He is survived by his daughter, Jamie McDaniel, of Dennis.
Following cremation, a memorial graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Oakwood Cemetery.
