He was born on Feb. 2, 1927, in Nevada, Mo., to Roy and Gladys (Ryan) Pease. He was a Kansas resident most of his life and had resided at Living Skills in St. Paul from 1982 to 1998 and Connections in Parsons since 1998.
He was a Christian. He loved to sing, was always in good spirits and was the center of attention wherever he went. He also enjoyed looking at cows and horses and watching westerns and cowboys on television.
He is survived by his family at Connections.
The service will be at 2 p.m. today at Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. Friends may call at their convenience until service time today at the funeral home.
