Survivors include her parents; a brother, Jaxson of Parsons; grandparents, Donald and Mary Hoffman of South Hutchinson and Daniel and Venice Constuble of Parsons; and great-grandparents, Jean Howard of Parsons, Barbara McCloud of Carthage, Mo., and Leslie and Marie Gentry of Ardmore, Okla.; and Kristoffer Constuble of Parsons.
A private family service will be at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the Elizabeth Hoffman Memorial Fund and left in care of Elliott Mortuary of Hutchinson.
