She was born on Jan. 6, 1940, at Ashland to W.L. and Maybelle Rodman Cunningham.
She attended business college in Denver.
She was the executive secretary at High Plains Journal in Dodge City for 20 years.
On Aug. 29, 1982, she married Rod Crick at Dodge City. He survives.
Other survivors include two daughters, Donna Houston of Houston and Dixie Craig of Reno, Nev.; a son, Matthew Crick of Colorado Springs; two brothers, Ray Cunningham of Topeka and Phil Cunningham of Ashland; two sisters, Norma Cunningham of Parsons and Myrna Sanders of Monett, Mo.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Lewis Brown; and a sister, Mary JoAnn Cunningham.
The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Burkhart-Ziegler Funeral Chapel, Dodge City. The body has been cremated. Friends may sign the register from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home. A reception will follow the memorial service at High Plains Journal.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Hospice of the Prairie, Susan G. Komen Foundation or the American Cancer Society and can be sent to the funeral home, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, 67801.
