LENEXA — Dorothy M. Parker, 77, of Lenexa, formerly of Parsons, died Friday, June 24, 2011.
She was born Jan. 25, 1934, in Gentry County, Mo.
Survivors include her three daughters, LaDonna Parker of Lenexa, Connie Calkins and her husband, Richard, of Lenexa, and Carol Parker of Guthrie, Okla.; three grandchildren, Parker, Michele and Leslie; two great-grandchildren, Brennan and Rylee; a brother, Roy Nelson and his wife, Sharon, of Parsons; and a sister, Mary Bennett and her husband, Wayne, of McCune.
A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Overland Park Church of Christ, 13400 W. 119th St., Overland Park.
The Cremation Society of Kansas and Missouri made arrangements.
