He was born Sept. 16, 1946, in East St. Louis, Ill.
He was a chef at Three Friends restaurant in Kansas City.
Survivors include numerous family members.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Oakwood Cemetery.
Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons is in charge of arrangements.
