She was born on Aug. 31, 1925, in Parsons to Lige K. and Emily Mae (Walker) Titsworth. She attended Parsons schools and had lived in Parsons nearly all of her life.
For 20 years, she was the kitchen manager at Parsons High School, retiring in 1987.
On Nov. 7, 1980, she married Denzil Banzet in Miami, Okla. He preceded her in death on Feb. 8, 2008.
Survivors include two sons, Gary Stwalley of Melvern and Gordon Simpson of Parsons; three daughters, Peggy Hartman of Glenmoore, Penn., and Daydreon Simpson and Tamara Simpson, both of Parsons; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a brother, Larry Titsworth of Claremore, Okla.; and a sister, Jo Baum of Parsons.
Preceding her in death was a son, Rick Stwalley; and a brother, Harold Titsworth.
The service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Carson-Wall Funeral Home. Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
