FORSYTH, Mo. — Douglas “Doug” Huffman, 61, of Forsyth, Mo., died on Saturday, May 7, 2011, at his residence in Forsyth.

He was born on May 10, 1949, in Kansas to Marvin and Loucile Huffman. He graduated from Erie High School in 1967.

He was the owner of Mouse Pad Computer store in Forsyth.

Survivors include his wife, Erika Lawrence; a son, Jeremy Huffman of Portland, Ore.; a daughter, Chelsea Trahan of Hockley, Texas; a stepdaughter, Barbarella Piccoli of Costa Rica; his mother, Loucile Swan of Erie; two brothers, Larry Huffman of Lansing and Charles Huffman of Chesterfield, Va.; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father.

The service was on Thursday at Faith Assembly of God Church in Forsyth.
