KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Frances E. Reust, 84, formerly of Parsons, died at 5:18 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, 2011, at Garden Valley Manor in Kansas City, Mo. She had been in failing health. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur L. “Bill” Reust, on Aug. 2, 2004.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Lawn Cemetery in Parsons. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time Saturday at Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons.
