BENTON, Ark. — James Michael Huff Sr., 33, of Benton, Ark., passed from this life on Saturday, April 23, 2011.

James was born on Nov. 7, 1977, in Oklahoma City, Okla., to Richard Wyane Huff and Theresa Marie Lieffring.

He was a member of Geyer Springs First Baptist Church and was an avid fan of NASCAR and loved fishing, canoeing, going to concerts and dirt bike riding. But his main passion was spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Danita Huff and their three children, Bree Ann, James Micheal Jr. and Wesley Eugene; his parents, along with his stepmother, Carol Huff; a sister, Lisa McGuire and her husband, Johnny; two brothers, Kevin Lieffring and Richard Huff Jr. and his wife, Nicole; two nieces, Anna and Samantha; four nephews, Tyler, Keaten, Michael and Dakota; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Candiss and Eugene Hull; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Daniel and Emily; and a host of other relatives and friends, who will miss him dearly.

James is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Lena and Henry Huff; his maternal grandparents, Opal Stokes and Robert Lieffring; and his nephew, Jacob Pontious.

A celebration of life will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Dial & Dudley Funeral Home, Bryant, Ark. Friends can visit the funeral home on Wednesday.
