Pauline R. Phillips, 67, of Emporia died Saturday, April 2, 2011, at Newman Regional Health in Emporia.
She was born Nov. 10, 1943, in Parsons to Paul and Dorothy (Garrett) Babb. She graduated from Labette County Community High School in 1961.
Mrs. Phillips was a cook and formerly worked at the Townsman Motel Restaurant in Parsons.
Survivors include a son, Tony Hawkins of Emporia; a grandson; two sisters, Casey Schiesser of Emporia and Becky Pierce of Topeka; and three brothers, Bob Babb of Pittsburg and Jim Babb and David Babb, both of Parsons.
A private memorial service will be in Parsons on April 16. Memorial contributions may be sent to the Emporia Friends of the Zoo, P.O. Box 345, Emporia, KS, 66801.
