LAUGHLIN, Nev. — Morris Newberry, 39, of Laughlin, Nev., formerly of Parsons, died on Friday, Jan. 28, 2011, at his home.

Survivors include his parents, Willis and Linda Newberry of Laughlin; a sister, Sherry Simpson of Cherokee; and paternal grandparents, Willis and Iva Newberry of Columbus.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Maurice Winters, in May 1980 and his maternal grandmother, Evelyn (Karr) Winters, in October 2010.
