COFFEYVILLE — Lisa R. Davis, 43, of Coffeyville died Friday, Jan. 28, 2011, at her home. She had been in her usual health, and death was not expected.

She was born on Sept. 8, 1967, in Coffeyville to Roger and Donna (Merrick) Banning. She grew up and attended schools in Neodesha.

For several years, she had worked in nursing homes as a certified nurse’s aide.

Survivors include her parents, Roger and Donna Banning of Oswego; a son, Daniel Davis of Hutchinson; a daughter, Savannah Davis of the home; three grandchildren; two brothers, Trey Merrick of Tulsa and Roger Banning of Independence; and three sisters, Belinda “B.J.” Koch of Independence, Christina Banning of Wichita and Tara Farris of Coffeyville.

The service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Bath-Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Altamont. Burial will be in Mound Valley Cemetery. The family will receive friends from noon until service time on Monday at the funeral home.
