Kent Riggs, 53, of Parsons died at 10:15 a.m. Monday, Dec. 29, 2008, at the home of his sister, Sheryl Werner, in Parsons.

The service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home. Burial will be in McCune Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday evening.
