LCC to host volleyball camp
Labette Community College volleyball coach Marissa Jordan will hold two skills training camps at the LCC gymnasium next week. Coach Jordan will be the instructor for each camp. Camp for students entering the fifth- through seventh-grade will be held on Tuesday, July 24 and Wednesday, July 25. Four Parsons Wrestling Club grapplers traveled to Topeka to wrestle in the Sunflower State Games this weekend. Quinten Heady took first in the Takedown Tournament and second in the Folkstyle Tourney. His record for the day was 6-1 with four of those wins coming by pinfall.
