Repeat champs at SEK cross country meet a rare feat

Grizzlies compete at state golf tourney
HESSTON — The inaugural season of girls golf at Labette County High School ended with a trip to the state tournament. The Grizzlies finished the 2012 season, the first in school history, on Monday at the Class 4A State Golf Tournament at Hesston Golf Park. ALTAMONT — Visiting Coffeyville defeated Labette County 55-13 on Friday in the first night of district football action. The loss puts the Grizzlies at 2-5 overall and 0-1 in the district.
