LCHS falls in league wrestling duals
INDEPENDENCE — The Labette County High School wrestling team dropped two SEK League duals on Thursday night. State-ranked Fort Scott defeated LCHS 66-15 and Independence topped the Grizzlies 46-36. Jason Beach Night at LCHS is Tuesday
USD 506 will be having a special night for Jason Beach. Half of all gate receipts at the Labette County vs. Chanute basketball game on Tuesday, Jan. 29 will be donated to Beach and his family for their travel, lodging and other expenses while they stay with Jason in the Springfield Medical Center. The Parsons High School wrestling team picked a lot of mat time last Friday during the Parsons Wrestling Tournament.
