Oswego girls roll over Chetopa
OSWEGO — The Oswego Indian girls held Chetopa to three points in the first quarter and ran away with a 53-26 win Tuesday night. CHERRYVALE — Defense was the key to a Cherryvale Lady Charger victory against Yates Center on Tuesday night. PWC gets nine golds at Pittsburg invite
Parsons Wrestling Club took 19 wrestlers to Pittsburg Saturday to compete in their annual open wrestling tournament. There were 395 wrestlers entered in the tourney from 36 different teams representing Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Missouri. The St. Patrick Catholic School sixth-grade boy’s basketball team played two Cherryvale teams on Saturday. In the opener, the Saints won 46-17.
