CHERRYVALE — The Cherryvale Chargers ended their regular season on a sour note, falling to Humboldt at home 70-35 in a Tri-Valley League high school basketball game Tuesday night. Cherryvale fell way behind in a first quarter that saw Humboldt rack up 30 points, and the Chargers never recovered. The Cubs had 50 points by the break and won 70-35. OSWEGO — Oswego’s boys cruised to a 76-52 win here Tuesday night to wrap up the regular season. Oswego rolled to an early lead that grew to a 36-18 advantage by halftime.
