A memorial visitation for William A. "Bill" Rude will be from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Carson-Wall Funeral Home in Parsons. An inurnment service will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. He died Sept. 17, 2012, at Severna Park, Md.
