A Parsons woman’s recovery from a paralyzing auto accident and injuries suffered in the May 22 tornado in Joplin is going slowly, a family member said. Carla Kendrick, 37, suffered two calamities in 20 days. The first occurred May 2 in a car versus semi-tractor trailer accident outside of Carthage, Mo.
