OSWEGO — Landry O’Brien of South Coffeyville, Okla., and Lincoln Goedeke of Dennis were awarded championship belt buckles in the Lil Cowpokes Barrel Racing event at the Labette County Fair early this month. U.S. 400 bridge repairs to start Monday
  On Monday, the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) expects to begin a repair project on the U.S. 400 bridge over Big Hill Creek in Labette County.
