Parsons Recreation Commission director Gary Crissman hangs blue lights around a downtown light pole Tuesday as PRC program director Anna Albright holds a ladder. The PRC staff hung lights on the 58 downtown light posts and also refurbished Christmas decorations that will be placed on the lawn of the Parsons Municipal Building.
