Center Bethel Union Church Pastor Kevin Weaver takes a pie in the face from Vacation Bible School teacher Janet Phillips as per his agreement if the VBS students raised $1,000 during the week to help King's Castle in El Salvador reach all children with the message of God through its youth training and missions.

The city of Parsons workers were bringing the headstone back to ground level after it had sunken over the years. Landsowne was waiting to pour a sand and concrete mixture around and under the stone. The three will spend all summer leveling headstones at Oakwood, working from the east to the west.
