THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that on March 13, 2013, a Petition for Probate of Will and Issuance of Letters Testamentary was filed in this Court by Commercial Bank as Executor named in the Last Will and Testament of Leonel E. Tustison, deceased, dated April 17, 2012, praying that the Will previously filed with the court be admitted to probate and record, that it be granted Letters Testamentary.
You are required to file your written defenses thereto on or before
April 8, 2013 At 1:00 o’clock p.m. of said day, in this court, at the Office of the District Judge, 201 South Central, Parsons, Kansas; at which time and place he cause will be heard. Should you fail, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
All creditors of are notified to exhibit their demands against the estate within four months from the date of first publication of this notice, as provided by law, and if their demands are not thus exhibited, they shall be forever barred.
