On February 18, 2013, the City of Parsons, Kansas adopted AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 24-142 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PARSONS IN REGARDS TO RATES FOR THE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF SOLID WATES AND REPEALING ANY ORDINANCE OR SECTION OF ORDINANCE IN CONFLICT.
