NOTICE OF MARSHALS SALE OF REAL ESTATE
By virtue of an Order Of Sale Of Real Estate, Doc. 30, issued out of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, at Topeka, Kansas, in the above-entitled case, I will, on Thursday , the 7th day of March , 2013, at 11:00 A.M., at the front door of the Labette County Courthouse, 517 Merchant Street, Oswego, Kansas, offer for sale at public auction and sell to the highest bidder for cash in hand, all of the right, title and interest of the defendant above named in and to the following described real estate, commonly know as 3214 Hughes Avenue, Parsons, KS 67357 and located in Labette County, Kansas, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block 1, W.D. Hughes Subdivision, a replat of a portion of Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Bartons Sub-Division in the NE 1/4 of Section 23, Township 31, Range 19 East, City of Parsons, Labette County, Kansas.
Said real property is levied on as the property of the defendant above named and will be sold without appraisal, subject to any unpaid real property taxes or special assessments and with a three (3) months right of redemption in Defendant Ronald M. Valverde to satisfy said Order of Sale.
