BOARD OF COUNT
COMMISSIONERS LABETTE
COUNTY, KANSAS
Be it Resolved and Ordered by the Labette County Board of Commissioners that: The Labette Avenue shall serve as legal county newspaper for all legal publications for Labette County, at two-thirds their regular rate. Further be it resolved that the Parsons Sun, upon approval of the Board of Commissioners, may reprint selected publications and publish at two-thirds their regular rate; and that said publication be published for 2013 to comply with KSA 64-101(b) et. seq.
