NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received at the City Clerk’s Office until 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 12, 2012, for the lease of pasture land owned by the City of Parsons, Kansas, at Tri-City Airport described as follows:
West 60 acres of South 1/2, Southeast 1/4, Section 14, Township 31
South, Range 14 East
The bids will be opened publicly and read aloud in the City Clerk’s Office at 10:00 a.m.
Copies of the lease forms are available in the City Clerk’s Office – 112 South 17th, Parsons, Kansas. No bids may be withdrawn within 15 days from the scheduled closing time for receiving bids.
The City of Parsons reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities therein.
