OFFICIAL NOTICE OF THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Board of Zoning Appeals will consider an application from Doug & Diane Davis of 3100 Faye on December 10, 2012 at 5:30 p.m., in the Commission Room at the Municipal Building, 112 S. 17th St., Parsons, Kansas, requesting a front and side yard variances for the construction of a carport on property zoned as R Single-Family Residential District described as follows:
Legal Description: Lot 7, Block 3, Home Addition, City of Parsons, Labette County, Kansas General location: 3100 Faye
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons, interested in this request, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
