ATTENTION RN’S. Class , serving persons with developmental disabilities has an immediate opening for a Health Service Coordinator based in Independence, to serve Montgomery and Labette Counties. Essential skills are effective coordination and communication to provide wellness monitoring and maintain continuity of care for designed caseload; proficient in Microsoft Word and maintenance of records, ability to upgrade policies and procedures and provide education to staff and client for delegation. Must have current RN licensure in Kansas, 3-4 years’ experience and BSN preferred, but will consider nursing experience in DD/ID, Home health, Skilled Nursing, school or other community based healthcare.
