A Motion for Finding of Unfitness and Appointment of Permanent Custodian has been filed requested the Court appoint a permanent custodian for the above name child.
You are required to appear before this Court at the District Court, 602 N. Locust, Pittsburg, Kansas, on November 14, 2012 at 9:30 a.m., or prior to that tome file your written response with the Clerk of this Court. If, after a child has been adjudged to be a child in need of care, the court finds a parent or parents to be unfit, the court may make an order permanently terminating the parents’ parental rights.
Eric Clawson, an attorney, has been appointed as guardian ad litem for the child or children. Each parent or other legal custodian of the child or children has the right to appear and be heard personally either with or without an attorney.
