THE STATE OF KANSAS TO: Jeffrey D. Clayborn also known as Jeffery D. Clayborn and Shawna L. Clayborn, a married couple, Board of Labette County Commissioners, State of Kansas – Department of Revenue, United States of America – Department of the Treasury – Internal Revenue Service, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, creditors and assigns of any deceased defendants; the unknown spouses of any defendants; the unknown tenants, occupiers or co-habitants; the unknown officers, successors, trustees, creditors and assigns of any defendants that are existing, dissolved or dormant corporations; the unknown executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, creditors, successors and assigns of any defendant that are or were partners or in partnership; the unknown guardians, conservators and trustees of any defendants that are minors or are in anyway under any legal disability; and the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, creditors and assigns of any person that is alleged to be deceased, and all other concerned persons:
You are hereby notified that a Petition for Mortgage Foreclosure has been filed in the District Court of Labette County, Kansas by Labette Bank, praying for foreclosure of certain real property commonly referred to as 714 N. 10th St., Chetopa, Kansas and legally described as follows:
Commencing 901 feet South along the West line of 11th St., from section line of Section 34, Township 34 South, Range 21 East, thence South along West line of said 11th Street 275 feet, more or less, to a point 160 feet North of the South line of the North ? of the Northwest ? of Section 34, thence West 150 feet parallel to the North section line, thence North along a line parallel to the West line of said 11th Street to a point 150 feet West of point of beginning, thence East 150 feet to the point of beginning, Except so much thereof as is used for public highway or road, Labette County, Kansas;
and you are hereby required to plead to the Petition for Mortgage Foreclosure on or before November 8, 2012 in the Court at 417 Merchant Street, Oswego, Kansas 67357. If you fail to plead, judgment will be entered upon the Petition for Mortgage Foreclosure.
