THE UNITED STATES TO: RONALD M. VALVERDE, ET AL.:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint has been filed in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, by the United States, on behalf of Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, by and through the United States Attorney for the District of Kansas, praying for judgment against the borrower, Ronald M. Valverde and City of Parsons, Kansas, in the principal sum of $75,080.35 (including principal of $72,251.89, advances of $2,770.98, and late fees of $57.48; and $5,335.88 interest accrued to September 26, 2011 (including principal interest of $5,249.67 and interest on advances of $86.21); plus daily interest accruing at the contract rate of $12.3325 (including daily interest on principal of $11.8770 and daily interest on advances of $0.4555) to the date of judgment herein, and for foreclosure of a real estate mortgages executed on February 4, 2003, covering real property located in Labette County, Kansas described as:
Lot 8, Block 1, W.D. Hughes Subdivision, a replat of a portion of Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Barton's Sub-Division in the NE 1/4 of Section 23, Township 31, Range 19 East, City of Parsons, Labette County, Kansas,
and you are hereby required to plead to said Complaint on or before October 5, 2012, in said Court at Topeka, Kansas. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon said Complaint.
