OFFICIAL NOTICE OF THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Board of Zoning Appeals will consider an application from Wanda McWhirt of 231 Whippoorwill Lane, Ward, Arkansas on September 24, 2012 at 5:30 p.m., in the City Commission Room of the Municipal Building, 112 S. 17th St., Parsons, Kansas, requesting a front-yard variance for the purpose of a six foot privacy fence on property zoned as R-2 Two-Family Residential District and described as follows:
Lot Description: Lot 8, Block 12, Original Addition, City of Parsons, Labette County, Kansas
General location: 321 N. 18th St.
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in this request, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
