NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received at the City Clerk’s Office, 112 South 17th St., P. O. Box 1037, Parsons, Kansas 67357 until 10:00 a.m. July 16, 2012 for Project 2012-08 Sidewalk and Curb Repair, at which time and place the bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after said time will be returned unopened. On Monday, July 16, 2012, the bids will be reviewed by the City Commission for possible award. The City Commission meets in the Municipal Building, 112 S. 17th St., Parsons, Kansas 6:00 p.m. local time. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held Thursday, July 12, 2012 at 8:30 a.m., in the Engineering Department, 112 S. 17th St., Parsons, Kansas
No bid may be withdrawn within 30 days from the scheduled closing time for receiving bids.

The City of Parsons reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities therein.
