REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Parsons is requesting proposals until 10:00 a.m., July 10, 2012 for MANHOLE MAPPING AND INSPECTION, PROJECT 2012-07 located in the City of Parsons. Sealed proposals must be submitted on the Proposal Form and clearly marked on the outside “Proposal for Manhole Mapping and Inspection Project 2012-07” and submitted to the City Clerk’s Office, 112 S. 17th St., P.O. Box 1037, Parsons, Kansas 67357. All proposals received after said date and time will be returned unopened. On Monday, July 16, 2012 the proposals will be reviewed by the City Commission for possible award. The City Commission meets in the Commission Room, Municipal Building, 112 S.17th Street, Parsons, Kansas at 6:00 p.m. local time.
No proposal may be withdrawn within (30) days from the scheduled closing time for receiving bids.

The City of Parsons reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities therein.
