REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Sealed proposals will be received at the City Clerk's Office, 112 South 17th Street, P.O. Box 1037, Parsons, Kansas 67357 until 10:00 a.m., June 6th, 2012 for sanitary sewer flow monitoring equipment to include: Radar area-velocity flow meters, Ultrasonic area-velocity flow meters and Tipping bucket rain gauges, at which time and place the proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud. Proposals received after said time will be returned unopened. On Monday, June 18, 2012, the proposals will be reviewed by the City Commission for possible award. The City Commission meets in the Municipal Building, Parsons, Kansas at 6:00 p.m. local time.
No proposal may be withdrawn within (30) days from the scheduled closing time for receiving proposals.

The City of Parsons reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities therein.
