IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR X-RAY TECHNICIAN LEVEL II
Primary Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:
*Assist in preparation and positioning of ammunition materials and/or items for radiographic exposure.
*Manipulate controls for exposure times and regulation of exposure densities.
*Loads and unloads film cassettes.
*Operates developing apparatus, maintains developing solution, replenishes as indicated by analysis.
*Assists in maintenance of good housekeeping, facilities and equipment.
*Ability to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 100 lbs, as well as to climb and reach overhead; frequently bend, stoop, twist, squat, sit, stand, reach and walk.
*The incumbent is occasionally subjected to various chemicals and explosive powders. He/she will be required to pass an annual visual examination.
*Education: High school diploma, GED or equivalent is required
*Experience: Prior Industrial X-Ray experience preferred. 40 hours minimum training hours, 400 hours minimum experience in industrial radiography. Certification in Industrial Radiography must be maintained annually.
